Admission procedure

Points to be Noted:

  1. Students should visit DOST-21 website https://dost.cgg.gov.in
  2. Register himself / herself for admission & pay registration fees.
  3. Fill up the application form.
  4. Exercise web options.
  5. College code in dost website is: 11199.

Documents Required For Dost Registration:

  1. Aadhar Card (Linked With Mobile Number)
  2. Passport Size Photo Along With Signature
  3. Inter Marks Memo
  4. Inter T.C
  5. SSC Memo (For Date of Birth)
  6. Caste Certificate
  7. Income Certificate

    Fee Payment

    • The college fee has to be paid in full at the time of admission.
    • The fees paid by the candidate shall not be refunded under any circumstances nor adjusted for future admissions whether the student attends the classes or not.

    Second Language & Optional Subjects

    Change of medium will be permitted at the degree level if the candidate has secured a minimum of 40% marks in English in the qualifying examination. (i.e., Intermediate Public Examination or its equivalent).
    Optional subjects, and the Second Language once selected by the candidate cannot be changed after the closing date of admission as declared by the Osmania University.

    Admission Profile

    During the time of admission the students are provided with two copies of admission record books. This booklet consist of information about the student like his/her personnel details, academic details, health issues and information about his/her extracurricular activities. The students are advised to fill in this booklet fully and one copy is to be retained by the student and the other one has to be submitted to their respective section incharge. This booklet has to be updated by the student every year and the same information has to be passed on to the section incharge.

    Change of address

    In case of change in permanent / contact address, students are required to incorporate the same in the Registration cards to be filled by them at the beginning of every semester. If there is a change in the middle of any semester, students can forward an application for change of address to the College office through the Administrative Officer.
